This is a direct sequel to Pako, with more levels, more bonuses and more hazards. It is possible to save the game at any time, which will keep track of the player's progress in terms of eaten items, but not the player's position, so loading a saved game will reset the player to the bottom of the screen.

Unlike the first game, Pako 2 was sold as shareware. The registered version had 250 levels.
